Refund and Returns Policy

At KBeauty.lk, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide 100% authentic Korean skincare and beauty products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product arrived damaged during delivery.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product has expired or is close to its expiry date.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number.

  • Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Keep the product in its original packaging.


2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer.

  • Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale campaigns.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage after delivery.


3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your claim is verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item with the correct product.

  • Send a replacement.

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.


4. Allergic Reactions

As every individual’s skin is different, KBeauty.lk cannot guarantee that every product will suit every skin type.

We do not offer refunds or returns for products that do not suit your skin or cause irritation unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.


6. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), KBeauty.lk will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Authentic Products

KBeauty.lk sells only authentic Korean skincare and beauty products sourced from trusted suppliers.

If you believe you have received a counterfeit product, please contact us immediately for investigation.

  • Full Name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the product

Our support team will respond as quickly as possible and guide you through the process.


KBeauty.lk reserves the right to refuse refund or return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
